What exactly does Cue do during a sales call?
Cue is more than a typical notetaker (although we do transcribe calls and generate summaries). We have a live assistant which provides instant responses to client questions, without you having to manually search, and we track your meeting progress and send you helpful reminders to keep you on track and make sure you tick off everything in your agenda.
Which video platforms or meeting tools does Cue support?
Cue is compatible with all major video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex).
Do you join my calls with a bot?
We don’t need a bot to join any calls you run from desktop apps. If you take calls in browser, for example with Google Meet, a bot will need to join to pick up other people’s voices through your speaker.
How does Cue handle my playbooks, scripts & knowledge base?
Cue helps you and your team manage, share and refine playbooks and scrips, and makes it easy to tailor them ahead of any calls. We don’t share or use any of this information beyond storing it for you, so you don’t need to worry about data privacy.
Is Cue secure?
Data privacy and security is a big priority for us. Cue is built on top of leading SOC2 certified providers such as Supabase and Vercel.
What integrations do you have into my existing stack?
We integrate with calendars and call providers as standard. CRM integrations are available for enterprise customers
